With over 30 years of experience and more than $14.6 billion in government contract wins attributed to his guidance, he has helped over 25,000 companies compete and succeed in the federal marketplace.


His upcoming session, “Government 2.0: How to Survive, Thrive, and Emerge from Disruption in the Federal Marketplace,” will provide critical insights on the systemic changes reshaping procurement—touching on executive orders, AI integration, socio-economic program reform, and how businesses can position themselves to adapt and grow in a rapidly evolving environment.


Mr. Frank is a member of the Government Sales Hall of Fame and has been recognized as Small Business Advocate of the Year by the SBA, SAME, National 8(a) Association, NVSBC, and the HUBZone Contractors National Council.
