Join our Mural Artist, Henry Wingate for an evening exploring the interplay of art, music, and prayer in the Liturgical tradition.
The evening is comprised of two parts:
Part One: A Saint in Sacred Art
Mr. Wingate will present from his collection of liturgical art (including our patron saint murals) to discuss the artwork itself, the life of Saint Raymond, and the value of good art in the Liturgy.
Part Two: A Pilgrimage in Music
Saint Raymond, His Life, His World
Sacred Music from the time of Saint Raymond with selections from the Llibre Vermell de Montserrat and his native Catalonia. Selections include:
