More Amazing Market Finds

You guessed it…it’s ramp season! Spotted Horse Provisions will have several varieties of their zero-waste pestos available including fan favorite, Ramp Pistachio! They source their ramps sustainably from a farmer in PA who has dedicated a portion of his land to this treasured wild crop. What makes their pesto zero waste? In addition to their featured green, their pestos also contain ground up herb stems like parsley, basil, cilantro, and dill. They use fresh herbs in their tomato sauces and pickled vegetables, and left over stems are frozen for use in pesto recipes. Their pestos also feature roasted garlic, organic lemon juice, and honey from South Jersey.

MECHA Chocolate will have all things Spring, including their Hello Spring Box! for $17. Lemond curd, Cardamom Rhubarb, Strawberry Balsamic, Chamomile, Lavender Vanilla, and Honey Thyme.

This week Is It Spicy? Sauce Co. will have sauces, guacamole, and sweet onion salsa featuring local onions from Specca Farms.

Peonies, Petals and Poseys is back with pink tree peonies, Korean red garlic, Thai fire garlic and Cipollini onion sets, dwarf lettuce, Chinese broccoli, white lady turnips, rutabaga, lime sorbet Columbine and Miss America Peonies.

Nutty Novelties' Limited Edition White Chocolate Walnut Butter is here for a short time only. With a rich, creamy texture and a flavor that’s just like edible cookie dough (but better for you), this small-batch release is as irresistible as it is versatile. Spread it on crackers, blend it into smoothies, elevate your favorite recipes, or serve it as a crowd-pleasing dip when hosting.

Hangry Kitchen will be back this week with more of what sold out fast on their first day. Their coffee cake muffins were a huge hit, so they are bringing plenty more this time around (definitely grab one early). They will also have banana pudding, their popular cake flight varieties, and a variety of fresh juices. They can’t wait to see everyone there.

Linda’s Healthy Living thanks those who came out to support them at their first market of the season. Your loyalty, enthusiasm, and kind feedback truly means the world to them, and they are so grateful to be part of this community. They're excited to be back again this Saturday with some of your favorites, including their Clarifying renewal serum, a deeply hydrating formula for blemish correction and their Blueberry serum featuring bakuchiol, a plant-based alternative to retin-A perfect for maturing skin! With the warmer weather arriving, they'll also be bringing their spring line of beautifully floral-scented farm fresh goats milk olive oil and tallow soaps. And because so many of you loved it last time, they are bringing back their sample giveaway. Be one of the first 25 visitors to stop by and mention their special promotion, and you’ll receive a sample of goat’s milk olive oil soaps or an age-defying serum.

Greeting Spud Lovers!

This Saturday Humble Spud will be featuring

The Hot to Trot loaded potato - BBQ smoked pork with sour cream, cheddar cheese, scallions and jalapeno in a fluffy baked potato, and The Slippery Pig, BBQ smoked pork in a potato bun with spicy slaw and pickled red onions.

Look for The Postada, their version of the tostada, with short rib carnita, sweet potatoes, black beans, avocado crema, pickled onions, cotija cheese, scallions and jalapenos. Of course they will have Breakfast burritos, Pasties, Potato focaccia, Vegetarian enchiladas, Okonomiyaki, Blissed out potato salad, Sweet potato whoopie pies and much more! Frozen entrees include Humble pie, Vegan Irish stew, Humble gumbo, Moussaka, Curried butternut squash soup, and Portuguese kale soup (new item).
