The Clinical Strategy Committee (CSC) Speaker Series brings national experts to Rhode Island to discuss key issues shaping the future of primary care. CSC will next welcome Jane Fogg, MD, MPH, Physician Director of Organizational Transformation in Professional Satisfaction at the American Medical Association.

Learning objectives:

• Define administrative burden and how it differs from direct and indirect patient care tasks.
• Apply a simple framework (eliminate, delegate, automate) to identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Identify common barriers, such as risk aversion and team dynamics, and apply strategies to address them.
