Take Action With us This Suicide Prevention Month

As we approach Suicide Prevention Month (#SPM26), the Action Alliance is working alongside our partners to promote messages that inspire hope, encourage help-seeking, and reinforce the important role we all play in supporting one another.

Recognizing the Third Annual 988 Day

Save the Date!

On September 8, organizations, communities, and individuals across the country will come together to recognize the third annual 988 Day, a National Day of Action dedicated to raising awareness of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

This year’s theme is 988 Reasons – your reason is reason enough. Join the effort by helping spread the word and encouraging others to learn about the support available through the 988 Lifeline.

This year's observance comes shortly after the 988 Lifeline marked its fourth anniversary on July 16. Since launching in 2022, 988 has provided free, confidential, 24/7 support and has handled more than 23 million contacts nationwide.
