Rebecca the the founder of Whole Health Everyday, a graduate of Laguna Culinary Arts Professional Chef Program and specializes in healthy eating for a healthy lifestyle. Her main focus is helping people meet special dietary requirements including sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan meals. Rebecca provides hands-on cooking instruction and culinary coaching to teach clients how to make delicious meals to meet their specific dietary needs. Rebecca's passion for providing delicious specialty meals stems from her own experience with food allergies.

Blue Stilton

Blue Stilton is an English cow's milk cheese. This is England's only name-protected cheese which means that the law requires that the cheese can only be manufactured in a specific area with milk from that area. Blue Stilton is a creamy ivory color with a nutty aroma and a flavor that is full of mellow nuts and fruits, which strengthens as it matures. When eating this cheese, just remember that a little goes a long way!
