Green Chicken Salad
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 large avocado - pitted, peeled, and chunked
1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
2 T. chopped onion
1 T. Fresh lemon or lime juice
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
Salt and pepper or other seasonings to taste
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Serve wrapped in tortillas or on a bed of greens.
