The Amazing Give is Coming Up Soon...

The Amazing Give is a day dedicated to giving back to the community around you. Hardworking families in Alachua County, who earn less than the median income, are finding it increasingly difficult to find decent housing that they can afford.

Alachua Habitat uses all of the tools at its disposal to meet our communities housing needs. With your help, our construction program continues for those families who have the grit and dedication to contribute 250 sweat equity hours and who then take on an affordable mortgage.

We are offering businesses giving opportunities for those looking to sponsor Alachua Habitat for The Amazing Give.

There are five levels of sponsorship to choose from ranging from $250-$2,000 each offering different opportunities to be highlighted across our social medias, newsletter and even an opportunity for a private team build including a lunch on us!

If you would like your donation to have a greater impact by offering a matching donation or would like to partner in a different way for The Amazing Give, please contact Stevie Doyle, Chief Outreach and Development Officer at sdoyle@alachuahabitat.org for more information.

Why we do what we do:

U.S. homeowners have an average net wealth that is 400% higher than that of renters with similar demographics and earnings.

At Alachua Habitat, we believe that everyone deserves safe and affordable housing. With the help of our amazing volunteer and donor base, we are able to build homes with mortgages 30-40% lower than market rates.

When you volunteer with us and donate to our cause, YOU are giving the gift of homeownership to another family in our community!
