Alliance of Disability Advocates staff did a Consumer Service Record (CSR) with a new consumer. The consumer told ADANC staff he was interested in organization skills, independent living skills, money management, and some other services.

After the CSR, staff immediately started assisting the consumer with better organizing his living space. This consumer was heavily motivated by ADA staff and jumped right in and started cleaning and organizing his living space.

The consumer was really excited and anticipated the next meeting to continue his progress.
