Presidents Message

Dear WINS Members,

Spring is in full bloom, and so is the vibrant energy of our incredible network!

Our April meeting was a wonderful success, centered around the theme of time management. It was inspiring to see so many of you engaging with the exercises, sharing strategies, and walking away with actionable insights to better manage our busy lives. The conversations were rich, practical, and deeply empowering—just what we all needed.

I’m also thrilled to extend a very warm welcome to our newest member: Julia Foerster. We are so excited to have you join our community of supportive, ambitious women. We can’t wait to learn from your experiences and see the unique energy you bring to our group.

Thank you all for continuing to show up, share openly, and support one another. Let’s carry this momentum forward as we head into May!

With gratitude and excitement,

Ana Asatouri

President, WINS

Board Member Spotlight

Jennifer Warner

I have always valued my independence, even as a young girl. As I've grown into my role at Qmulate Capital, an investment firm I run with my husband Darrell, I have come to view women's financial independence as even more vital. Understanding money and how it works enables us to steer the course of our own lives. I love helping women become more engaged in their finances and planning for their future. Beyond that, you'll find me busy with my daughter Sofia, rooting for the Dodgers or soaking up the world through travel, food and wine; and I'm always happy to share a glass of wine with a friend!
