Constance Anderson is an experienced community economic development and banking executive, who has worked successfully in the Southern California market for most of her career. Prior to becoming the President of The Center by Lendistry, Ms. Anderson worked at Pacific Coast Regional (PCR) as Director of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC). She has a passion to help small businesses thrive to become the best they can be. In our current environment this is critical more than ever to help sustainability in the workforce.
