Women’s Network
Leadership Institute
Since joining forces with the Greater Akron Chamber, Women’s Network has become the Women’s Network Leadership Institute (WNLI) to more accurately reflect its role as a catalyst to develop women leaders.
We are now ready to fully realize the benefits of our partnership with the GAC through the Women’s Network Leadership Institute. The WNLI is committed to meeting the needs of our businesses, communities and the women who power them to make intentional and meaningful change in our leadership landscapes.
The new name clarifies the mission of the work: Professional development through best-in-class curriculum, research, and thought leadership. WNLI continues to strengthen that mission through courses built around the Clifton StrengthsFinder Talent Assessment. Participants in WNLI are intentional about personal success with aspirations of greater impact and leadership within their own organizations. Courses such as Authentic Leadership: Leading with Strength; Negotiating with Strength; and Managing with Strength are built around one’s personal Strength Finder assessment as the foundational tool to future success. Courses are delivered as a cohort where learning with peers builds a meaningful community of conversations and collaboration.
