Have you ever wished you could get the parents in your den or pack more involved? Have you ever felt overwhelmed and tired from always having to do all the work for your den meetings? Come and learn about the Shared Leadership approach during our exclusive PALs (Parents as Leaders) Training happening at the October Roundtables on 10/12 and 10/19!

Roundtable meetings are your source for updated information, resources, and best practices. At this in person meeting, Buckeye Council leaders can expect to receive information about:

• Details on the 2023 rechartering process and how to receive free rank for 2024. Receive a physical copy of the new Scouting Ahead guidebook releasing at this event that includes all the details on rechartering.

• For Cub Scout Leaders - exclusive Parents As Leaders (PALs) training, perfect for all Den Leaders! Come and learn about the Shared Leadership approach. This session will teach you what Shared Leadership is, how to implement it, and how it can greatly improve your den meetings. Shared Leadership is also a great tool for smaller packs that meet all together for combined den meetings or for packs where leadership is hard to find. For Webelos and AOL leaders, you can implement Shared Leadership with the EDGE method and help transition your den from adult-led meetings to youth-led as they'll experience in a Scouts, BSA Troop. 

• For Scouts BSA Leaders - Presentation from Sipp-O Lodge on 2024 Election process and presentation on best methods to support and promote webelos in your area transitioning into the troop.
