As part of our Community Response Committee’s work within our Operational Plan to become more Visible, Relevant, and Impactful in our communities over the next five years, a goal emerged to bring more diverse backgrounds, skills, and more to our Community Response committee as well as other committees that may want or need more volunteer participation. At our Coffee & Community event we will share more about what we and the Community Chest of New Britain and Berlin do with the eventual goal of getting more people involved.
