As we approach the anniversary of September 11th, we invite you to join us in commemorating this day by displaying flags outside your homes. It is a powerful way to pay tribute to the lives lost and to show our unity and resilience as a community.

By displaying flags throughout our community, we create a visual representation of our shared remembrance. It serves as a reminder that we stand together in honoring the memories of those who lost their lives on September 11th, 2001.

Proudly display your flag by your mailbox over the weekend through Monday

night. If you do not have a flag we will be happy to provide you one. We have a

limited quantity at Village Hall. You can pick one up on Friday, September 8th.

Thank you for your participation in this special tribute and let us unite as a

community to remember September 11, 2001.

Sincerely,

Village of Huntington Bay

Please note: The Town of Huntington will be hosting a 9/11 Memorial Service

on Sunday, September 10th at 12pm.

This service will take place at the 9/11 Memorial in Heckscher Park.
