Dear Tough Warrior Princesses Community,

We hope this newsletter finds you well and full of strength. As we navigate through the year, we are humbled and grateful for the incredible support we've received from each and every one of you. Together, we have made a difference in the lives of those fighting cancer. Here is some information on our upcoming services and events.

Our monthly Warrior Chats continue to provide a safe and supportive space for cancer survivors and their caregivers to connect, share experiences, and find strength in each other. Join us on Thursday, July 13th from 7 - 8 p.m. at Ovedia Artisan Chocolates in Amesbury for our next session. These gatherings have become a valuable resource for our community, fostering camaraderie and understanding. Don't miss the chance to connect with others who have walked a similar path and gain support for your journey.

Take a moment for yourself and experience the transformative power of Warrior Yoga. Led by the talented Vicky Sherwood, MSW, LICSW, our monthly yoga classes offer relaxation, restoration, and a chance to reconnect with your body and mind. Whether you are a cancer survivor or a caregiver, this gentle and nurturing class is designed to help you find peace and serenity during your healing journey. Join us on Sunday, July 9th at Ride the Wave Yoga in Newburyport. The class starts at 7 p.m. Please remember to RSVP in advance to secure your spot. There is no charge for this class. These classes are offered on the second Sunday of each month.

Warrior Baskets Update

So far this year, we have distributed 125 Warrior Baskets filled with love, resources, and comfort to women newly diagnosed or facing a cancer recurrence. These baskets serve as symbols of hope and support during challenging times, reminding recipients that they are not alone in their journey.

To continue spreading love and encouragement, we invite you to contribute to our Warrior Baskets initiative. Your donation will enable us to create more baskets and provide essential items to those in need. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful impact and brings us closer to our goal of supporting even more warriors on their path to healing. If you know a woman actively fighting that needs a basket, please email us.
