RENT REGISTRY DEADLINE EXTENSION


The Rent Stabilization Department has clarified that there is a seven-day grace period to register rental units without incurring punitive late fees.


We disagree with a registry fee to fund the Rent Board's reckless spending, but we urge housing providers to comply with the current law by registering.

RENT REGULATION COVERS ALL RENTALS


Despite activists' claims when they solicited votes for Measure H, the RSD demands registration and a fee of $238 per year for ALL rented houses, condos and ADU's. 


Please send us names and email addresses of property owners who would like to be included on our weekly mailing list. We will never share contact info. 


In order to restore and protect property rights in Pasadena, we are asking property owners of all types to donate $10 per month per unit. For $120 per unit per year, we can help property owners and tenants in Pasadena enjoy a more sustainable rental housing industry in the decades to come.
