Discover the rich history and lasting impact of the Erie Canal at At Water’s Edge: Reflections on 200 Years of the Erie Canal, now open at the Everson Museum of Art in Syracuse. This exhibition, presented by the Canal Corporation, Erie Canal Museum, and Everson Museum, showcases works by the 2024 Erie Canal Artists-in-Residence who have captured the canal’s essence and ongoing relevance in celebration of its Bicentennial. The 2025 Artists-in-Residence will explore the canal’s ecological and community connections through their art.
