You Can Do It!

I spend a lot of time reading and writing email newsletters mostly from the comfort of my bedroom office lazy-boy chair while looking out towards the Southwest of Portland over the tops of trees and houses. As proof to me that "this stuff works" I have 14 years of sharing my own newsletter, The Eleven, which goes out to my family and friends. That's been a great way to share what I'm doing which prompts people to write back and tell me what they're up to.

On December 20th I'll offer up a free class on how to create an email newsletter. This information can be useful no matter where you're creating a newsletter - Substack, LinkedIn, or another email platform. I'll take questions and also demonstrate some best practices. If you currently send newsletters you might learn new ways to look at what you're doing. And, if you're not, you might consider it and see how easy it is to get started.
To make the most out of our time together I encourage you to start a free 2-month Constant Contact trial. This will enable you to see all of the bells and whistles that an email newsletter program provides. If you are into social media there is also a feature that I'm enjoying that allows you to share content to Face, Twit, Insta, and Linkd with the push of a button - a la Hootesuite or Buffer. I'll demonstrate that during the class for sure.

Another fun part of hosting an event like this is to network with other small businesses and nonprofits and hear what is going on for others.

I hope you'll join me on December 20th @ 1 pm pst. Please feel free to use the sharing links below to tell friends about this free class. Anyone who registers will also get a recording of the class.

Take care and happy holidays!

Albert Kaufman

PS - if you're ready to get started with an email newsletter - start a new Constant Contact account - use the code CTCT30 at checkout for 30% off the first 3 months. I'll spend an hour with you to get your account set up and ready to use.
