Dear Friend and Neighbor,

 

Please join me and the family of Josbel Rivera as we call for justice for his killer on Monday, March 24th. Josbel Rivera was killed in a hit and run crash on Christmas night in 2011. His killer then set his car on fire in an attempt to cover up his crime.

 

This man is now facing trial in the Bronx with his next appearance set for Monday morning. We will be calling for the prosecution to push to increase the penalty for this man as the laws presently on the books do not fully account for such a heinous crime. 

 

We will also be continuing our call for harsher punishments to be given to those who commit hit and runs so that the penalty fully fits the crime.
