Continuous Improvement

for Teachers

What is the CIT Study?

Continuous Improvement for Teachers (CIT) is a Department of Education funded research study that examines the effects of a continuous improvement model of professional development for teachers to improve the readiness of preschoolers, especially at-risk children! The project matches teacher’s professional development needs and interests with children’s needs.

Why Participate?

A unique feature of this project is that it includes Professional Learning Sessions (PLS). These PLS's include specific instructional strategies that teachers get to select as their own goals and priorities to be able to continuously improve their practice.

All teachers will be eligible to receive project incentives for participating.
