As we all continue to navigate the effects of the COVID-19 epidemic on our lives, we would like to offer you a way to stay active, healthy and connected with our tight-knit SOCT community through the SOCTFit5 Facebook Group!
This page is designed to provide you with tools to stay active at-home and encourage athletes to continue training in the absence of practices and competitions, for the time-being.
We will be posting
fitness activities for athletes to participate in with the following themes:

This Facebook Group is private and will be monitored by SOCT staff on a daily basis. To ensure everyone's safety, you must be accepted into the group and answer two questions regarding your affiliation with SOCT.

We look forward to connecting and training together in this way until we can resume practices and celebrations together in-person.
