National Poetry Month isn't over yet, and neither are our poetry-themed events!
Tomorrow at 6:30pm, join us for Poetry Makers: a live poetry reading (also available over Zoom) and stay to create poems celebrating the natural world.
On Saturday, April 23 at 11am, meet local poet Michelle Remond, who will share how poetry can uplift the soul and will guide you in creating your own. Presented in Spanish.
On Wednesday, April 27 at 6:30pm, celebrate Poem in Your Pocket Day! Tune into a live poetry reading in-person or over Zoom and create small, precious poems as well as handmade carrying containers.
All of these events take place in our Makerspace, where you'll get to experiment with using different tools to create poetry. For more details on all our events, visit our Makerspace calendar.

Curious about the Makerspace?
Don't miss Redwood City Library Foundation's virtual event on April 21 to celebrate World Creativity and Innovation Day and the opening of the Makerspace! See live demos from the Makerspace of 3D printing, podcasting, sewing, coding with robots, and more. This is a great way to learn about Makerspace resources while donating to support vital library initiatives. For more information or to purchase a ticket, go to https://paybee.io/@rclf
