See You Next Kruise!

The Kruisin' for KEF fundraiser started with a cruise aboard Major Marine Tours on Saturday, May 20, and ended on Monday, May 22, at midnight with the online auction. This event not only brought the community together but also raised over $22,000 to support KEF's mission of empowering Alutiiq people to achieve their potential through education.

The Kruisin' for KEF cruise fundraiser was an innovative and engaging way for supporters to unite while enjoying a scenic voyage on Resurrection Bay's open waters. With the breathtaking backdrop of beautiful coastlines and fantastic wildlife, participants embarked on an unforgettable journey while contributing to a noble cause. The event aimed to raise funds to support scholarships for our students.

The success of Kruisin' for KEF would not have been possible without the unwavering support of the community. Local businesses, organizations, and individuals rallied behind the cause, generously contributing their time, resources, and sponsorship to make the event a success. Their commitment to education and belief in KEF's mission was evident throughout the cruise.

Thanks to the attendees' and sponsors' overwhelming support and generosity, Kruisin' for KEF achieved remarkable results. The funds raised will benefit KEF students through the scholarship program, ensuring that students have the financial support they need to pursue their educational goals. The success of this fundraiser represents a significant step towards empowering Alutiiq people and transforming lives within our community.
