The AASP Leadership Academy (LEAD) Committee is excited to announce the opening of Cohort Applications for the 2026-2027 LEAD year. The 2026 LEAD Cohort will consist of up to 20 AASP members interested in developing their leadership skills. The LEAD year will kick off at the Annual AASP Conference in Minneapolis, October 2026. The LEAD cohort will have dedicated mentors who will guide the cohort through curated modules and other experiences targeting the development of the skills needed to serve AASP in leadership positions.
The AASP Leadership Academy is designed to identify, develop, and support emerging and aspiring leaders across AASP’s diverse membership. We are committed to fostering inclusive, intentional leadership that aligns with AASP’s mission, values, and strategic goals. For more information, see the AASP Leadership Academy Charter.
