We are working on a new AI chatbot to aid Pennsylvanians in finding assistive technology funding resources. We are looking for a friendly character for our AI chatbot that personifies PATF’s brand, and we want your input!

THE GREAT AI CHATBOT PERSONA SEARCH, which is a competition to create a new character for PATF, is now underway. AI chatbot character design entries will be accepted through July 31, 2025. • Assistive technology can play an important role in making that possible
  • People with disabilities should be able to get the device they want, that works for them, from where they want to get it, regardless of age, income level, disability, or health condition.
  • Knowledge is power. With information and understanding, people can be empowered to make their own decisions for their future.
  • Financial education is the foundation for independent living.
  • In an equitable and inclusive society where people with disabilities are full members, part of the financial mainstream, and have an equal voice.

  • Empowering
  • Approachable
  • Passionate
  • Kind

Philadelphia Bilingual Disability Resource Fairs

Philadelphia Bilingual Disability Resource Fairs flyer. September 12th and September 13th from 11 AM to 3 PM.

Please join us for the Philadelphia Bilingual Disability Resources Fairs this September! This event is hosted by Pennsylvania Assistive Technology Foundation and the City of Philadelphia, Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity.

Our organizations recognize that Latino communities face barriers to accessing available programs, services, and resources for people with disabilities. So, we created an event for parents, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities and older adults where they can spend the day meeting disability professionals, agencies, service providers, and nonprofits to find assistance and get access to resources they may not know existed.

We invite you to join us to bridge the gap in accessing resources. We request that all exhibitors provide materials written in Spanish and have Spanish-speaking staff on hand.

Please contact Wendy Davis, Director of Marketing and Outreach for PATF, at wdavis@patf.us if you have any questions or for sponsorship opportunities.
