Community Health Worker (CHW) Focus Group

The Institute for Public Health Innovation is holding focus groups of existing Community Health Workers to help inform our CHW Academy continuing education program. We want to hear about your experiences with training and how it can help you with your work.

Help us understand the following:

  • Areas to improve continuing education
  • Skills and information you need to address the challenges you face in your work
  • What you'd need as a CHW to continue long term
  • Barriers to participating in training and continuing education

Participants will receive a $25.00 gift card for contributing their thoughts during the focus group.
