Our Waterpik® Lunch & Learn program provides dental hygienists the opportunity to become a professional educator and combine these passions.

As a Waterpik® Professional Educator, you will provide lunch and learn presentations to dental practices in your community on the oral health benefits of water flossing.

Waterpik® Professional Educators:
  • Are part-time employees
  • Provide a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 lunch and learns per month
  • Must be willing to network and cold call to develop leads
  • Must have two full open days during the work week (Mon- Fri) or a high degree of workplace flexibility to schedule and conduct lunch and learns
Qualifications:
  • Dental hygiene degree/license + plus 3 years clinical experience post graduation
  • Well-networked in the dental/dental hygiene community
  • Digital and social media savvy
  • Live within 30-45 minutes of the targeted territory
In return, we offer:
  • Flat wage per lunch & learn + reimbursement for lunches & an equipment stipend
  • Secure e-portal website for scheduling, reporting, and training
  • Full-time support and leadership via a dedicated program manager and coordinator
  • Power point presentation, product samples, literature, business cards, name tag, and detail bag
