MSY Enters 18th Year in Middletown Valley!
Daffodils are blooming and Spring has sprung - time to celebrate another year of creating a vibrant yoga community in Middletown!
Each year when the big daffodils bloom outside the Sun Studio, I'm reminded of the cluster of their bright yellow faces that greeted our first students on March 21, 2007. It is remarkable how long ago that was by the calendar, yet so present in my memory. I am ever grateful for them and the hundreds of students who have joined us since that first year, instilling a positive imprint in the energy of the studio. Our joined practice creates a welcoming peace to all who enter our doors - a sustained oasis that continues to evolve and thrive. Please join us to be part of what unfolds in our 18th year!
