Alexander Wigginton, VP, Client Management, InSite 

Alex Wigginton is a data/results-driven Leader with 27-years

experience of running building portfolios, service focused businesses and large scale projects in both the public and private sector, in the UK and US. In his 10 (nearly 11!) years at InSite, Alex has delivered value for his clients by using the InSite platform and Managed Services Team to provide innovative, data-driven analytics enabling real estate owners and operators to optimize their building’s operational performance, reduce their operating costs, all while benchmarking and delivering their decarbonization goals.

Kylie Ford, Director of Sustainability, InSite

In 2022, InSite welcomed Kylie Ford, an established professional having lead numerous, successful operational-improvement programs within the building intelligence industry. She is a key contributor to InSite’s efforts in enhancing solutions and programs that deliver positive impacts on economic, social, and governance (ESG) objectives for property owners and operators. This includes GHG benchmarking and inventory services to multiple mid-large scale regional healthcare providers and their portfolios. Kylie has in-depth experience with myriad ESG reporting frameworks, including SASB (VRF), UNPRI, TCFD, GRESB, CDP, and many emerging regulatory standards. Her strategic vision and technical expertise will continue to drive key ESG initiatives and system improvements to match the demands that InSite is addressing in a proliferate marketplace. 

David Sciarrino, Director, Healthcare Solutions, InSite

David is the Director of Healthcare Solutions at InSite and a

contributing editor at AutomatedBuildings.com. David is an industry-recognized thought leader, strategic advisor, and

consultant in the Smart Building, Proptech, and Intelligent Infrastructure space. With over 25 years of hands-on experience, he has deployed transformative smart building technology solutions to clients in all vertical markets, resulting in the evolution of properties into high-performing financial assets. Prior to joining InSite David served as the Vice President of Business Development at KTERIO with a focus on healthcare, helping lead the organization to a successful acquisition in 2024. Prior to KTERIO he was President at Source IoT, where he helped

technology providers and real estate owners leverage smart building technologies to

achieve meaningful business outcomes for their organizations. David also ran the North

American sales organization for the Industrial Edge Computing division at Renesas

Electronics. Throughout his 20-year career at Siemens and Johnson Controls, he held

various roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of Building Automation, Intelligent

Infrastructure, Energy Optimization, and IoT. David’s passion is to help organizations through the Digital Transformation journey of their real estate portfolios by leveraging strategic planning and bespoke technology solutions that drive measurable, bottom-line results.
