Undoing Racism®

First Monday Executive Collective Gathering

Join Us on Zoom: Monday, February 2, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. EST

February Topic:

Collective Rest Matters More Now Than Ever

This First Monday offering creates a reflective and supportive space to explore the essential role of rest in healthy, effective, and sustainable organizational cultures. This will be an interactive and cross-racial community care experience where we will walk through some of the challenges and realities of holding, leading, building and directing this crucial work as leaders impacted by our own lived racial and cultural backgrounds.

Participants will leave with insights and practical strategies to center rest as a leadership practice and to integrate restorative approaches into their daily lives, teams, and workplaces. We will explore how rest supports clarity, decision making, collaboration, and long term organizational health. The session will include guided reflection and discussion around common organizational patterns that impact wellbeing, opportunities for connection through breakout conversations, and collective reflection as we consider how rest can be practiced individually and collectively. Come join us as we reflect, reconnect, and strengthen the cultures we lead through intentional rest and care.
