About our thought leader Megan Nail, CCP, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, SPHR-CA,
Vice President NFP
As Vice President, Consulting & Total Rewards, Megan advises clients on how to meet their organization’s goals through total rewards and compensation strategy. She builds and designs valuable compensation structures that attract, engage, and retain top talent.
With over 16 years of experience as a volunteer leader at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Megan has invested in building and strengthening the HR community. She is currently the national Membership Advisory Council representative for the North Central Region, which is the highest level of volunteer leadership within SHRM. She is the immediate past State Director for HR Indiana SHRM.

Megan attended Purdue University where she graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Science in Organizational Communication. Megan also received a summa cum laude Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Management from the University of Dayton. Megan most recently served as Vice President, Total Rewards Practice at First Person (now a subsidiary of NFP) and Senior Human Resources & Compensation Manager at Faegre Baker Daniels law firm.
