Thursday, February 27, Gibbons invites alumni back to campus for a fun night with classmates and favorite educators at Campus Crawl! This event features a beer and wine bar, appetizers, and great music. Gibbons gives back at Christmas

The annual Toy Drive brought joy to 96 children from Beginning and Beyond Day Child Development Center. Student volunteers prepared bags with toys, clothing, and essential items. Fr. Luke blessed them in the Chapel before delivery.

Robotics Team secures 7th patent

Robotics alumni have been awarded a U.S. patent for their invention, the MUVER robot. MUVER, short for Mobile Ultraviolet Viral Eradication Robot, was developed during their time as students at Gibbons. This groundbreaking device uses specialized ultraviolet (UV) lights to disinfect medical equipment, enhancing cleanliness and safety in healthcare facilities. This marks the team’s 7th patent. Alum Coach honored

Cross Country Coach Nick Mangum '99 will be inducted into the NC Track & Field and Cross Country Hall of Fame Class of 2025 on Feb. 1. Mangum has led teams to 17 NCHSAA state titles, coached 2 Southeast XC team champions, and was a 6-time state champion himself during his high school years at Gibbons. Alumni Career Expo

Friday, April 4, is the on-campus Gibbons Alumni Career Expo. Alumni interested in participating are invited to interact with students and share insight on college majors and how to launch a career. Register by March 21.

50th Anniversary of Baseball

Save the date! Saturday, April 5, Gibbons will be hosting a celebration of 50 Years of Baseball. This is for all alumni and current families as we take a look back at 50 years on the field and forward to more home runs. Additional details and registration will be posted in February.
