Georgia Watch congratulates Beth Stephens as she returns to the practice of law. In November, she'll become a partner with healthcare law firm FisherBroyles, representing largely self-insured employers and their plan members. We’re very happy for Beth to have this wonderful opportunity in her career, but also very sad that she is leaving us after nearly five years as a vital member of our team.
Please join us at a reception honoring Beth on Thursday, November 8, 4-6 PM, at Georgia Watch, 55 Marietta Street NW, Suite 903, Atlanta, GA 30303.
Since Beth joined our team, she has championed our mission to protect and inform consumers so all Georgians prosper and communities thrive. As Senior Director of Public Policy and Advocacy, Beth worked to build Georgia Watch's statewide Georgia Financial Protection Coalition, in addition to spearheading and overseeing Georgia Watch's Health Access Program. Her stellar work has given Georgia Watch an even greater foothold in consumer financial protection and has led to pivotal policy discussions on surprise medical billing, small dollar lending, and accessibility and value of healthcare. We are proud of her accomplishments while serving here and are grateful for her significant contributions to consumer protection in Georgia. We wish Beth well in her new position!
