The Rev. Sarah L. Fogg, PhD, MDiv
is an ABC ordained minister, an endorsed ABC chaplain, and an APC board certified chaplain. She founded and directed two hospital Departments of Pastoral Care in the New York Metro area. A career changer prior to 25 years in pastoral ministry, Sarah was a professor of French and Comparative Literature at Illinois Wesleyan, Clemson, CSU-Long Beach, and Alderson- Broaddus universities.
She held positions at the Library of Congress in copyright registration, at CSULB as a humanities career counselor, and at a Manhattan human resources consulting firm as project director.

Family emotional process, perinatal bereavement, and ethics have been her ministry areas of expertise.

Since 2015, Sarah having served as treasurer of the CPC chapter of Ministers Council, is now its newly elected president. She lives in Dumfries, Virginia, with Dr. Robert Highsmith, her husband and strong
support of 41 years.
Chingboi Guite Phaipi, PhD
was born into a Christian family in Manipur, India and felt the call of God at a youth conference in 2000. She committed to be “available for any way God wants...”. Her call unfolded as a high school Sunday School teacher and youth leader, including serving as secretary of the Baptist Youth Fellowship at her church home. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology in Manipur in 2004, and then completed a B.A. in Theology at Tokyo Christian University. After graduation, she served in children, youth and women's ministries in a Japanese church in Yokahama.
She completed her Ph.D. in Old testament at Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago in 2018 (the first person of the Paite people, to pursue Ph.D. Level studies in Biblical studies). She has authored the book Rebuilding a Post-Exilic Community: The Golah Community and the “Other” in the Book of Ezra. Her current research interest is culture and Bible... how do we read he Scripture faithfully and responsibly as an indigenous tribal Christian? 

She has also been preaching and teaching at an immigrant church in Uptown called the Chicago Zomi Bethel Church, a refugee church for Burmese. Chingboi serves as Vice-President of the American Baptist Churches of Metro Chicago. She and her husband are blessed with three beautiful young daughters.
The Rev. Dr. David Gregg
serves as the Regional Executive Minister of the American Baptist Churches of Metro Chicago.

An American Baptist since elementary school, he was called into ministry by Baptist luminary Jitsuo Morikowa. He is the re-editor of Maring and Hudson’s classic text, A Baptist Manual of Polity and Practice, second revised edition, which attempts to describe the new denominational structure adopted in 2011.
He recently completed a PhD at the Divinity School of the University of Chicago, where he studied the theology and spirituality of art, music, and literature. He also holds degrees from Harvard University and the University of Michigan.
Rev. Dr. Trinette V. McCray
is the president of the National Black Caucus of the American Baptist Churches USA. She has the distinction of being the first clergywoman to serve as president of the ABCUSA in 2000-2001. Dr. McCray was deeply steeped in theology in an African American perspective as a student and graduate of Morehouse School of Religion at the ITC in Atlanta, GA. She was greatly influenced by her ordaining pastor, the late Rev. Dr. Ralph D. Abernathy, the civil rights partner of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Dr. McCray now serves as the Executive Planner for the Urban Center Milwaukee, a ministry for social and systemic change through faith-based and civic collaborations. Trinette is the Judson Press author of the book, “Vital Spirit, Vital Service: Spirituality that Works,” a book that supports faith and activism for individuals, pastors and clergy, and congregational study.
Rev. Juan Ángel Gutiérrez Rodríguez
has a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Puerto Rico in Río Piedras, Puerto Rico. A master in theology and a master of divinity from Northern Baptist Theological Seminary in Lombard, Illinois.
He has completed Master's studies in sociology from The Ohio State University. He has also doctoral studies in theology and philosophy from Instituto Theológico Internacional de Puerto Rico San Juan, PR and in education and counseling from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He is a certified mediator from Puerto Rico Supreme Court and as OSHA trainer in the construction area.

Juan Ángel is an ordained minister from the Chicago Baptist Association and the Baptist Churches in Puerto Rico.

He was pastor in Aurora and Chicago, Illinois and in Carolina and Santurce, Puerto Rico. He served has a student chaplain The Ohio State University and at the Cook County Hospital in Chicago.
