foreclosure intervention options, high level insight from Federal and State partners,
and rental information ranging from finding affordable rental housing to

Phillips Packing House

Please join us for a virtual discussion about the restoration of the Phillips Packing House in Cambridge, MD. The project was designed to support and grow regional economic opportunities connected to agriculture, aquaculture, environmental technologies, and tourism on the Eastern Shore. The Packing House now hosts MERGE, a collaborative environment that offers offices, conference rooms and open workspaces as well as networking opportunities and after-hours programming for its members.
Bridging Westport

Join us in south Baltimore for a tour of the work of the Westport CEDC and the Harbor West Collaborative. Come and see their work to improve Cummins Park, beautify St. Auburn cemetery, collaborate with Westport Elementary School, and redevelop housing in the neighborhood, all while creating strong bonds within Westport and with neighbors throughout south Baltimore. 
EMORY GROVE

Join us in Gaithersburg for an immersive tour and discussion of the historic Emory Grove and Washington Grove communities. The event will examine the legacy and impact of institutional racism on the communities, and showcase the planned redevelopment of Heritage Emory Grove - a project rooted in racial reconciliation. The historic Emory Grove United Methodist Church, the Housing Opportunities Commission, Habitat for Humanity, Montgomery County, and other stakeholders are partnering on the project, which will generate mixed-use residential and commercial space, including affordable homeownership opportunities, senior rental apartments, and other amenities.
Affordable Preservation in Hagerstown

Please join us for a virtual discussion about the preservation of affordable housing in Hagerstown. Alexander House was built in 1928 as a hotel and was renovated in 1978 to accommodate 95 residential units for low income elderly aged 62 and over, and the disabled. The National Housing Trust has preserved these affordable units and will lead us in discussion of the ten-story property located in the center of downtown Hagerstown.
