The SAE G46 Subcommittee will be partnering with the IEEE EMCS TC8 Aeronautics and Space EMC Committee on a Program that is open to all 2019 Symposium attendees.
The EMC Program is Tuesday from 11am – 5pm and includes lunch. The afternoon agenda includes a Keynote Speech “Troubleshooting Challenges on the James Webb Space Telescope” presented by John McCloskey (NASA/GSFE Chief Engineer), in addition to other presentations focused on Aerospace EMC.
The program will also include SAE G46 committee activity reports from the IEC, ANSI C63, IEEE Standards Development Committee (SDCom), AIAA S121 and SAE-4. Activity highlights will also be presented on the continuing development of MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-464 standards. The afternoon will close with a NASA E3 Status presentation by Bob Scully, that has become a must-see presentation at the EMC+SIPI Symposia.
This event promises to be enlightening and appeal to the space voyager in all of us.
