The Osteoquad Hospital & Residency Days fair gives osteopathic medical students the chance to explore clinical training opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. This event also gives the medical affiliates networking prospects for potential rotations and residency placements.

Osteoquad is co-hosted with the University of Pikeville College of Osteopathic Medicine (KYCOM), West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) and Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM).

This year's event is scheduled to begin at the WVSOM campus on Saturday, October 14, 2023, and moves to the KYCOM campus on Monday, October 16, 2023, and transitions to the LMU-DCOM campuses on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, in Harrogate, Tennessee and finishes on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, in Knoxville, Tennessee.
