Longtime City Councilmember Mike Crawford resigned from office earlier this year due to health concerns but he was back at City Hall this week for a special occasion.
Before Tuesday’s council meeting the City hosted a reception for Mike and during the meeting presented him with a rendering of a planned reflection plaza on the City Hall Campus, a project Mike has pushed for for years.

La Vista voters will face two important issues this fall
|
|
Our community has set an unmatched pace in providing services and amenities to our residents. The City Council has established a positive climate for economic growth in
La Vista, and the fruits of those efforts can be seen in the progress being made on marquee projects.
The two ballot questions before
La Vista voters will be the continuation of the City’s half-cent sales tax and replacement of the restaurant tax.
