Back by popular demand, Pickleball pro Simone Jardim returns to Lakeside to lead an expanded pickleball program, including a Pickleball Clinic, private and group lessons, and a 10-hour destination camp in July with her husband, Chad Edwards.

The Rev. Dr. R. Glen Miles will preach at the 10:30 a.m. Hoover Community Worship Service on Sunday, July 14. His sermon, titled "Leave Fear Behind," is based on 1 John 4:16b-21.

This PADI Discover Scuba Diving Course (ages 12 & older) is a quick and easy introduction to scuba diving. Pre-registration is required.

Winning Gardens across Lakeside
Guests and residents are invited to experience the award-winning landscapes of this program on a self-guided Garden Tour . A Garden Tour Pass to enter the grounds is available for $10, which includes an Auto Pass.

With more than 35 years of zoological experience, Suzi Rapp has become an expert in the field of cheetah conservation. She currently oversees the care of 20 cheetahs at the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium. Please note: this afternoon program is an educational seminar and not an entertainment program for children.

The Plein Air Art Festival begins Friday, July 19 when 40 plein air artists set up easels across the grounds to paint outdoor landscapes. All are welcome to watch them paint throughout the weekend. Plein air activities continue through Sunday, July 21 during the Lakeside Wooden Boat Show .
Lakesiders of all ages are invited to submit photos to be featured in the 2020 Calendar of Events brochure , as well as Lakeside's social media pages, website, The Front Porch blog, Lakesider newspaper, advertisements, etc.
