SUPPORT

Thank you to our Harvest Weekend Sponsors

As Land's Sake prepares for Harvest Weekend, September 20-21, with Saturday's Harvest Dinner & Fundraiser and Sunday's Pie Fest, we would like to thank our generous Event Sponsors. Land's Sake relies on fundraising to support the many operating expenses of a busy, non-profit community farm. The following local businesses have demonstrated their commitment to helping Land's Sake grow healthy food for our community and nurture new connections to the land for people of all ages.

FORESTRY

Firewood Sale Opens Friday, September 12

Land’s Sake works with the Weston Conservation Commission to thoughtfully harvest firewood on Town conservation land. Harvested cords are naturally seasoned over the spring/summer, then sold and delivered to Weston and neighboring towns in the fall. Mark your calendars!

HUNGER RELIEF

Growing to Give: How Land’s Sake Tackles Food Insecurity

At Land’s Sake Farm, generosity is rooted in every harvest. Each season, 30% of the farm’s produce is intentionally grown to nourish local families facing food insecurity—a need that’s rising fast. Between 2021 and 2023, food insecurity in Massachusetts surged nearly 50%, with children, seniors, and vulnerable populations hit hardest. Local hunger relief programs are seeing a 20–30% spike in demand during winter months, yet most emergency food isn’t locally sourced. Land’s Sake Farm is working to change that—one row, one meal, one neighbor at a time.
