Zoom Tuesdays!
Thanks to longtime MSY student Debbie Carper for critiquing our first Zoom class last week in her letter to you below! Follow her advice and join us this coming Tuesday at 9:30AM for another Moderate Plus yoga class with Carla.

Dear MSY Yogis,
If you’ve been missing your fellow yogis at MSY, try Zoom on Tuesdays! I just got off the first Zoom class. It was awesome. We had a short chat before and after to catch up and then Carla led us in a wonderful and centering practice. Audra and Mary were there, too, to help out with the technology and practice along with us! The sense of community is part of what makes MSY so great. This is a chance to enjoy sharing a practice in “real time”. 
If you’ve never used Zoom, give it a try. It’s easy and free to download the app on your phone, ipad or laptop. You join a meeting by entering an ID number and password that Carla supplies. If you’ve used FaceTime, you can use Zoom. If not, this is the time!
Anyway, just wanted you all to know that Carla has brought a new way to enjoy yoga to MSY students!
