Delaware Practice Series: Lunch and Learn


We are excited to announce Klehr Harrison's 2025 Delaware Practice Lunch & Learn Series. Attorneys focusing on Delaware practice will offer four presentations on the topics below. Our goal is to assist all stakeholders in Delaware entities and their counsel to identify and address common legal issues that those entities are likely to confront. More detail for each program is provided below.


The first program will be on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.


All programs will be offered both online and in-person (lunch will be served)!


These complimentary programs will each qualify for one hour of PA CLE substantive credit. Attendees may also apply for CLE credits in jurisdictions with reciprocity, including Delaware, New Jersey and New York.
