Join us to connect with others in your area who have Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH), hear from FH experts about the latest developments in FH research and understanding, and have the chance to ask questions about FH. Learn about what the FH Foundation is doing to advocate for the FH Community and find out how you can help.
The FH Foundation is a patient-centered non-profit organization dedicated to research, advocacy,
and education of all forms of familial hypercholesterolemia (FH). Our mission is to raise awareness and save lives by increasing the rate of early diagnosis and encouraging proactive treatment.
FH is a common genetic disorder that causes high LDL ("bad") cholesterol from birth. Lifelong exposure to high LDL cholesterol can lead to heart disease, but with early diagnosis and lifelong management, individuals with FH can live longer, healthier, lives.
