Join our Watch Party this Friday

We will have a rebroadcast of our NM Census Indigenous Town Hall produced this spring at 7 pm this Friday on our Facebook page to highlight the importance of the 2020 Census and how it affects New Mexico tribes. U.S. Census Bureau Tribal Partnership Specialist Amber Carrillo will attend to answer any questions about the questionnaire and the count.

We will also have an electronic gift card giveaway! Viewers may enter the drawing by using the hashtag #iCount during the Watch Party.

#BlocktheKnock campaign

We have kicked off the #BlocktheKnock campaign to encourage completion of the Census before the Non-Response Follow-Up or NRFU field operation begins next month.

We have flyers to download for your newsletters, as well as social media memes to help you get the word out.

A Virtual Dinner and a Show
On Friday, August 7, join us for a virtual Dinner and a Show. Watch a live cooking demonstration by Andi Murphy (Navajo), a self-proclaimed foodie and the creator of the Toasted Sister podcast. Amber Carrillo, Tribal Partnership Specialist, will join Andi to answer questions about the form or the count.

Viewers will also be treated to a pre-recorded reggae show by Innastate from the Pueblo of Jemez. We will have an electronic gift card giveaway and showcase videos from the U.S. Census Bureau, as well as our own tribal communities.
