Through this event, we aim to replicate the “home hospitality” experience that is a crucial component of our visitors’ programs while in San Antonio and a wonderful (and greatly missed!) opportunity enjoyed by our members. Due to the scheduling challenges that accompany international time zones, this event will be taking place in the morning instead of during dinner time as is usually done.
This opportunity requires having access to a computer or mobile device with video and audio capabilities. We will provide the Zoom link to participants before the event. Our team will facilitate introductions and initiate some great conversations with the various fun activities we have lined up.
In order to ensure this is comfortable experience for all, with intimate conversations and valuable interactions, we are limiting this opportunity to only eight hosts/families.
