EXHIBITOR FACILITY TOUR

The IEEE PES T&D Exhibit’s Team has planned an exhibitor meeting and facility tour prior to the show. All exhibitors 2024 exhibitors are welcome to join us. Typically, this meeting is attended by new exhibitors, new exhibit contacts and those who have never been to the show’s location — Anaheim Convention Center. The tour is a great way to understand the traffic flow for the show site prior to the rush of the actual show.

Registration & Hotel

Registration: To attend the Facility Tour there is a $30 registration fee. This includes the meeting, lunch on the tour day, a facility tour and an optional meeting with Visit Anaheim to learn more about restaurant and hospitality options. Deadline 17 Oct. 2023

Hotel: The Exhibits Team has secured a block of rooms at the Anaheim Marriott for tour attendees. Reserve rooms online or call (877) 622-3056. The room rate of $199 plus tax (valid 24 - 25 October), will be available until the block is full or October 3, whichever comes first.
