Courtney Higa, one of the five transportation technology professionals referred to Guam's "Pot of Gold", shared in Raleigh how the skills acquired in North Carolina not only changed her life, but equipped the "GPS" group to create over $5 million dollars in ROI* for the Highway Project on Guam.

KnowledgeWell's Goal for the Grant it co-authored and the Program it designed was to change lives by creating new careers for those with little hope, create significant ROI for Guam and long-term value for the Republic of Palau by creating indigenous transportation experts for Palau's road system- including the 53 mile long US funded $150M Compact Road.

See previous Newsletter for list of Stakeholders on Guam, Republic of Palau, State of North Carolina and US Federal Government.

We are excited to have you join us and to be a beneficiary of these amazing new opportunities!

Sincerely,

Katelyn

ROI Projections based on industry and US DOT FHWA standards. Figures based on initial projects. Actual ROI delivered to the Government of Guam is expected to be significantly higher than $5M on the first projects alone. This FHWA site includes figures from the NC DOT which if replicated on Guam could create a value of over $200M ROI for Guam on the same initial highway projects).
