We’re kicking off the Fall season of Meetings in the 517 with something a little different. Instead of a speaker, join your fellow association meeting planners for an interactive roundtable discussion. We'll catch up on what's changed over the summer, share challenges and successes, exchange ideas, and discuss several different topics – think contract best practices, budget saving ideas, technology and AI tools, hotel trends, and whatever questions are on your mind!

No presentations. No PowerPoint. Just great conversation, shared experiences, and practical takeaways that you can use right away from people who do what you do every day!

These complimentary monthly gatherings are a valuable opportunity to learn, network, and connect with fellow association meeting planners who understand the unique challenges and successes of coordinating meetings and events. It’s your chance to borrow brilliance, share best practices, and walk away with new ideas.

We look forward to meaningful conversations and connections and will continue our tradition of meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of each month and will rotate between the breakfast, lunch, and happy hour time frames.
