Recent studies show that compassion fatigue is one of the leading reasons nonprofit leaders step away from the work they love. That’s why we’re hosting Sustaining Compassion: A Think Tank for Nonprofit Leaders—a restorative gathering designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

Sustaining Compassion is a free, day-long Think Tank that blends cerebral learning with embodied practice.

Together, we’ll explore what it means to lead with compassion without losing yourself—through both thought-provoking sessions and hands-on practices.

It is our hope that you'll leave not only refreshed, but equipped with tangible tools to carry back into your organization.

outdoor spaces for prayer/pause/reflection

Setting and maintaining healthy boundaries with Dan Miller
Sound Bath with HIR Wellness
Cultivating a life of contemplation and collaboration with Peter Battaglia
